We don’t give estimates, we do provide upfront prices!

We train our professional technicians to evaluate the repairs, provide you with an upfront price and perform the work/repairs right away the first time. For that reason, we need to schedule our technicians to come to your home and provide you with an upfront pricing.

By providing you with an upfront price, we take the clock out of our technician’s mind so they are not under pressure to hurry through any repair, which can lead to mistakes, overlooking details, and you also know how much it will cost you ahead of time.

Others may charge you more because they are on the clock costing you time and more money at the end.

Our technicians always take the time necessary to make sure the job is done right the first time. And that’s how you benefit by scheduling one of our technicians, getting an upfront pricing, and perform the repairs right away!

Why a Service Call?

Fix It! Understands how a potential client may feel about a service call. Unfortunately, gas, employees, and costs incurred to drive to someone’s home are not free for any company. While there are real costs to provide this service the companies that do not charge a service call or dispatch fee must add or hide these costs in their “overhead”. This leaves paying customers covering the cost incurred for all those “free estimates” given to those who didn’t buy.

For that reason, Fix It! Removed those costs from our overhead and added to our company system a service call of $ 47.00 which by the way is voided with any work approval.
